5 Things Nov 13: 'Free Men' Film, Discussion Group at the Library Tonight

An important note has been issued from the Canton Water Department.

 

1. The Canton Water Department has issued a notice to all residents in town regarding recent findings in the town's drinking water.

2. At 10:30 a.m., Canton Public Library will host storytime for ages 2-5. No registration necessary. Location: Library Children's Room.

3. A new book club being held mid mornings once a month, The Good Morning Book Club, will take place at the Canton Senior Center from 10:30 a.m.- noon.

4. There's a portrait workshop at the Canton Public Library from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Contact: Susan Kelley sk0566@aol.com for more information. Location: Library Art & Activities Room.

 5. Tonight there is a film and discussion group at the Canton Public Library. The film is entitled, 'Free Men' which takes place in German occupied Paris and is about a young unemployed Algerian named Younes, who earns his living as a black marketeer.
