Baskin-Robbins Winner Whipped Up Sweet Treats in Canton

The winner of the Second Annual Baskin-Robbins Flavor Creation Contest created her Nutty Cream Cheese Brownie ice cream in Canton on Tuesday.

Canton got a little sweeter with the arrival of Kelsey Lien, the winner of the Second Annual Baskin-Robbins Flavor Creation Contest. The Santa Clarita, California native won the Canton-based company's online contest with her innovative ice cream creation entry, “Nutty Cream Cheese Brownie,” which was selected from tens of thousands of submissions. As part of her grand-prize, Kelsey worked in the Baskin-Robbins culinary kitchen in Canton to bring her creation to life. The flavor will debut in Baskin-Robbins stores nationwide in November 2012.

“Nutty Cream Cheese Brownie” is a flavorful combination of chocolate fudge ice cream swirled with a cream cheese ribbon, combined with walnuts and fudge brownie pieces.
