Don't move to the ARBORETUM It's all section 8 that brings in single mothers on crack & their drug dealing hoodlums. I lived there and repeatedly begged for security, corporat denied that the ARBORETUM had any prior criminal activity...When this and many other arrest PROVE it!! Renters Beware!! Two BC sisters from North Carolina moved up her and when unloading their truck they saw a bunch of black kids robbing them they called police & moved somewhere else...you can check the police reports. This is a GHETTO!!!

Wow, as a single, non-craqcksmoking mother, it is rather offensive to read your post....we are not all drug users, and your point could have been made without singling out a specific group of women.

I totally agree with jeannie. Leave the non crack smoking welfare greedy single mothers alone.
Who cares if they have kids with multiple partners?
That's why I work and pay taxes.
Canton PD may have to open a sub station at the Arboretum but they're boored anyway.
This is why 40B's are a good thing for towns that have no way of stopping them.
People could have voted it out but instead the developers won out.
