Updated (6:20 p.m.) - Fox 25's visit to the Blue Hills Ski Area, planned for Friday, Feb. 8, has been rescheduled to Friday, Feb. 22. 

Those who have registered are still registered for the new date, according to MyFoxBoston.com. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

While we keep an eye on the skies and the potential for a strong winter storm this weekend, the Fox 25 Morning News crew plans to make a stop at the Blue Hills Ski Area in Canton this Friday, Feb. 8, according to a recent news post. 

The news team has been visiting a different New England mountain every Friday since Jan. 11, and will be making their rounds in Canton this week. The crew will give an insider's look at planning the perfect ski getaway or ski day locally. 

The first 250 people to pre-register for the event will be able to ski for free.
