Halfway Cafe Highlights St. Patrick's Day, More Businesses from Around the Region

The Halfway Cafe, located at in the Cobbs Corner Shopping Plaza right across the border in Canton, usually has some new great deal up its sleeve.
Whether the "8 Meals for $8", Tasting Tuesdays or another 5K Road Race in June, the Halfway Cafe always comes up with something new and fun for customers.
Sharon Patch sat down with Tom Cahillane, manager of the restaurant's nearby Cobbs Corner location to find out more about the restaurant and what the eatery was planning for St. Patrick's Day festivities this year.
After selling their sporting goods store Town Sports on Main Street in Walpole in 2000, the Lovell family is hoping to hit it out of the park once again in the same location.
Owner Richie Lovell opened Lovell's Sport Shop at 667 Main St. in February, and is looking to add to Walpole's rich sports culture by supplying athletes with the gear they need.
Lovell's family has been in the sporting goods business since 1971. They also run the pro shop at the Boch Ice Rink in Dedham.
Dedham Medical Associates will be expanding its services to Norwood at 1177 Providence Hwy. on Apr. 15. And Project Managers Jeannette Doyle and Amy Yunes are excited that Dedham Medical will be offering a variety of services.
"There will be 35 physicians practicing here," Doyle said. "This building will offer practices such as primary care, internal medicine, OBGYN, radiology, MRIs, and pediatrics in April. And then will offer some practices like urology and optometry in June."
The whole building was built to fit eco-friendly standards and is the first building in Norwood to be LEED certified, according to the project managers.
Vincenzo's Deli and Specialty Store located at 29 Bryant St. in Dedham opened two years ago and has had quite the following. Their authentic Italian food has drawn residents and beyond to their Dedham Square location.
