Canton Whiz Kid: Olivia Perry

Grade: 11

School: Notre Dame Academy, Hingham.

Activities: Spring Track, Spanish Club, Neuroscience Network Club, Key Club and Ambassadors Club.

Key to Awesomeness: Olivia is an Ambassador Scout. She has been involved in Girls Scouts for more than 11 years. For the past two years, she has volunteered to be the media coordinator for Canton Girls Scouts. This involves attending and photographing the events, and capturing key details of the event which she submits to the local media outlets.

What Olivia likes most about scouting: Camping and outing trips; the opportunities to grow and develop leadership skills; meeting the other scouts and helping to promote Girls Scouts to the broader community.

Passions: Math and science. Olivia wants to work with children as a orthopedic surgeon.

Community Service: Olivia will be spending a week in the Appalachia Mountains as part of her schools participation in the Appalachia Service Project. This will be her second trip as part of the project.
