More Snow Coming Canton's Way
Forecasters predicting a foot of snow from the latest storm tonight into Wednesday.
Ready for more shoveling? After the state just dethawed from the Blizzard of 2010, forecasters are predicting up to a foot of snow to be dumped on the Canton area in the latest storm to hit the Bay State. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Norfolk County from midnight tonight through 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The snow should start after 2:00 a.m. with winds up to 16 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Taunton. Accumulation is predicted to be between two to four inches in the early morning hours.
Later on Wednesday, the storm will pick up, with wind gusts up to 41 mph and heavy snow at times. The snow could total 10 to 14 inches in Canton, according to the National Weather Service.
Make sure you have your snow blowers, shovels and salt ready to go!
