Weekend Preview in Canton
Jake the Dog is back at the Canton Public Library on Saturday afternoon.

The Friends of the Blue Hills will have a 3 mile hike in the least known section of the Blue Hills to look for signs of birds and animals in winter. The hike will last for two hours. Meet at the rear of the park and ride lot on Rt. 138. Leader is Steve Olanoff (781)326-6585.
The Village Toy Shop has a Vera Bradley Shopping Event Dec. 14 - 16. Vera Bradley wristlets at crazy prices. Doors open at 9:00 a.m.
On Saturday, Dec. 15 at 11:30 a.m. The Orange Leaf, a place to get your 'froyo', located in the Village Shoppes along with Bonnie Policow of the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce will meet Lisa Frisbee of Father Bill's and Mainspring to hand over new pajamas donated by friends of Orange Leaf and members of the Chamber of Commerce which will be given to a homeless shelter. It's not too late to donate, so go by on get a froyo! Each person who donates will recieve a free three ounce froyo.
From 1 - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, come and 'Read to Jake' (The Dog) at the Canton Public Library in the library children's room. Jake is a canine therapy dog certified by Thearpy Dogs International , Inc. We all know that dogs don't read, but Jake sure likes when the children read to him.
Today is the last day to go to Floral Scents at 515 Washington Street for 'Wreath Decorating.' What do you get? For $35. you will get a 12' wreath and everything you want to use to decorate your wreath. They also have kissing balls, swags and garland (for a small additional fee).
