At MPF we call our boot camp the B.E.A.S.T. (Beyond Endurance Agility & Strength Training). This intense and challenging class combines athletic and MMA training inspired exercises including; cardio and strength circuits, plyometrics, speed drills, body weight exercises, weight training, and much more. Push yourself beyond what you think you can accomplish. First Class is FREE!
