ORTHODONTISTS OFFER PATIENTS CHANCE TO WIN ‘ONE DIRECTION’ CONCERT TICKETS
Hard-to-get tickets for an August concert featuring the English-Irish pop boy band One Direction are the prize in a unique contest announced this week by ARCH Orthodontics which has several offices south of Boston and on Cape Cod.
Dr. Robert Chavez and Dr. Andrew Chase, principals of ARCH Orthodontics, said that for every new patient referred by a current patient to the practice between now and July 15, 2014, the referring patient will receive one contest entry. There’s no limit to the number of entries one person can receive. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing in July and receive two tickets for the concert scheduled for Friday evening, August 8th at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass.
Dr. Chase noted that, “A great smile and healthy mouth point you in ONE DIRECTION – toward greater self-confidence and better all-around health.”

Dr. Chase added, “We hope this contest will help to fully engage patients in their treatment and the improvement of their oral health.” Among other creative promotions that ARCH used during 2013: In the practice’s first referral contest, a teen from Canton won a first-ever chance to attend an oral hygiene exam for a 400-pound gorilla at Franklin Park Zoo in Boston; and a young patient’s mascot design—ARCHie the Shark -- was chosen to adorn ARCH’s t-shirts, mailers and bookmarks. She won an iPad Mini for her artistic efforts.
One Direction's three albums released in 2011, 2012 and 2013 broke several records, topped the charts in most major markets, and generated hit singles. They have been described as forming part of a new ‘British Invasion’ in the U.S., having sold 19 million singles and 10 million albums, They are the first band to have their first three albums debut at #1 in the U.S.
