Canton Week in Review: A Fall Festival, Crossfit Throwdown and More Recalls

A look back at the week in news from Canton.

Monday, October 8, 2012, was the final day for the three day Blue Hills Fall Festival event. Live animal presentations, crafts, a yard sale, make your own apple cider and bird feeders were a few of the activities offered. Families from all over the state participated.

Recalls continued for area businesses this week. Toyota issued a massive recall due to the risk of car fire, while a popular breakfast cereal was recalled after mesh fragments were found inside. And Starbucks recalled one of its products for possible salmonella.

A local fitness venue, Crossfit HomeBase, held a special throwdown event.
