Temple Beth David of the South Shore Presents Three Fun Purim Events

Join in on the fun starting on March 7 in Canton.

Canton's is celebrating with costumes, singing and dancing.

The fun begins on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:00 p.m. with Temple Beth David’s Wacky Purim Service & Megillah Reading. Attendees read from the Book of Esther and sing crazy Purim songs with cantorial soloist Howard Worona. Come dressed in a costume (or pay the Tzedakah Tax, a donation for the needy, for those who do not come in costume.) There will be a costume Parade for the young and young-at-heart.

Mishloach Manot (gifts of food) made by the Hebrew School will be found in and around the temple. This night of prayer will be accompanied by Hamentaschen (fruit-filled pastry) and laughter for all. This is a free event for the South Shore Jewish community.
