Open Book Coffeehouse / Slam Allen

"Straight from his heart to your soul, Slam delivers the power of music that makes you shake your head and say 'Uh huh! Now that's what I'm talking about'!" (from review of Slam Allen's recent CD "This World")The Open Book Coffeehouse is a non-profit venue offering wide variety of acoustic music, including folk, singer/songwriter, jazz, blues, bluegrass and Irish music since 2006.  Performers have included such artists as The Short Sisters, Matt and Shannon Heaton, Mad Agnes, and City of Roses. The Open Book Coffeehouse is staffed and run by volunteers and supported by the generosity of the Friends of the Canton Public Library.  We are handicapped accessible.Hot coffee and home baked desserts are included in the price of admission. We are no longer Canton's best-kept secret.
