Canton children met Boston Red Sox mascot Wally the Green Monster at the Village Shoppe's Sidewalk Sale this past weekend.
The outdoor sale will was held Sept. 7 and 8 at the Canton shopping center.
The event offered end of summer sales from more than 40 shops and eateries along with face painting, balloonists and entertainment.
