Come to the MIT Endicott Housein Dedham to celebrate the Autumn season with a selection of beers from the Blue Hills Brewery the fine foods of Bountiful Cuisine. The Reception begins at 6:00pm with Passed Hors' D'oeuvers, followed by Dinner at 7:00pm, starting with Pumpkin Soup with Pumpkin Arancini and Crispy Prosciutto paired with Pumpkin Lager. The next course contains Frisee and Endive and Radicchio Salad with Burrata Chesse & Grilled Orange Dusted Shrimp drizzled with an Orange & India Pale Ale Vinaigrette paired with India Pale Ale. The meat course offers Braised Oktoberfest Beer Infused Beef Short Ribs paired with Oktoberfest Lager. And finally, the dessert! Banana Gelato and Dunkelweizen Winter Wheat Float garnished with a Caramelized Bacon Strip and Coffee & Tea.
