Reebok Workers Getting Fit in Canton

Working for the Canton-based fitness company means no excuses.

Work may be the ultimate enforcer for these Canton employees.

Reebok employees are now on the road to getting in shape thanks to their job, according to an article in The Boston Globe.

About 425 employees of the sneaker company are using CrossFit training at the Canton headquarters to drop weight and get in shape. Last year, the group lost a total of 4,000 pounds, the Globe reported.

The Canton employees are enduring intense workouts, which include sprinting, weight lifting and kettle bells, to get into shape, the story reports.
