The presentation and roundtable discussion will help busy professionals learn how to identify the business priorities for success, factor in personal goals, and combine them with the goals of customers and staff.  Specific points to be covered include:

  • Identify all the information needed to define attainable targets that increase revenue, profitability, performance, satisfaction and reward.

  • Discover how to equally honor each area of life (work/career, home/family, personal) to define resources (time/energy/money) without creating hardship.

  • Define goals that address the needs of each aspect of life to create opportunity for balance without stress, worry or frustration.

  • The event will be facilitated by business consultant/motivational speaker Nora Helbich , who has more than 30 years’ experience in business management. She owns and operates New Day Events, an event production company that brings together authors, teachers, scientists and healers to conference and workshop style events. Co-facilitator is  Diana Scolponeti, owner of In The Event, an event marketing/public relations firm specializing in project management for small to mid sized businesses and organizations, with a specialty in the hospitality industry.

The cost to attend is $25 for chamber members and $50 for general admission. Participants are asked to bring their own “brown bag” lunch. Beverage and dessert will be provided.
