Normally, the Canton Community Theatre does its big show in the summer but this year they have chosen to perform their summer spectacular right after the start of fall, and will be presenting George M! on September 23 and 24. George M! is the story of George M. Cohan, the Yankee Doodle Boy and the Father of Broadway. The show tells the life story of George M. Cohan.  His more famous songs include "Give My Regards to Broadway," "Yankee Doodle Dandy," "Over There" and "You're a Grand Old Flag."

It sounds like it will be a great performance with many songs that we all know.  Maybe there will be an opportunity to sing along?  I'm not sure but I do know that their performances rarely disappoint.
