Hazel Boone Dance Studio Completes Successful Summer Dance Program

Hazel Boone Dance Studio wrapped up its summer dance program and is gearing up for its 2012-2013 season.

Canton's own recently wrapped up another successful program.  The program was open to all, not just to existing Hazel Boone dancers.  They offered games, singing and arts and crafts, in addition to dancing.

The program drew in 34 kids, aged 7-12 and had 7 teen staff members who helped to run the program.  At the end of the week, the kids put on a for their family and friends, showing off all that they learned during that one short week.

The attendees learned some new skills, made new friends, had fun and got plenty of healthy exercise.  What a great use of those summer vacation days!

Now in its 103rd year of operation, the Hazel Boone Dance Studio is gearing up for its 2012-2013 season.  The studio offers classes for ages 3-adult.  From what I hear, those adult classes are a lot of fun!

If you missed the summer dance program but are interested in trying out a class before signing up, the studio is offering FREE sample classes on Saturday September 8 for kids and on Tuesday September 11 for adults.
