Canton Man Found Guilty of Threatening to Commit A Crime

Judge sentences Canton man to serve six months in Norfolk County House of Correction, deemed served.

James B. Kuhn, 28, of 3308 Windsor Woods, Canton was found guilty of threatening to commit a crime in Quincy District Court. A judge sentenced Kuhn to six months in the Norfolk County House of Correction, deemed served. The charge stems from a Jan. 10, 2011 incident in Holbrook at 1:33 p.m. when police responded to a report of a dispute on North Franklin Street involving possible threats made. During the dispite, a victim told police that Kuhn threatened to smash all the windows in his house.
