Canton Patch Daily Dose: Open Book Coffeehouse at Canton Library

The Pay and Ride Applications for the Canton schools is due June 15.

1. HEY, THE SUN IS COMING OUT...FOR A LITTLE WHILE-The morning light rain will taper to cloudy skies by noon and there will be some some between 2-3 p.m., according to WHDH. Highs will be in the low 60s to the low 70s.

2.DUE DATE FOR PAY AND RIDE APPLICATIONS-The 2013-13 Pay and Ride Applications form are due in the schools' main offices by June 15. A $50 late fees apply after that dates. Forms were mailed out May 22. If you need a replacement or have questions about your application, please contact our transportation office at 781-821-5060 ext 1131 or transportation@cantonma.org.

3. TUNING UP-The Open Book Coffeehouse at the Canton Public Library will be held Saturday, June 15, at 7:30 p.m.. featuring "Ramblin" Dan Stevens. Ticket are at $8 for adults and $4.

 4. PLAYOFF TIME-The Canton Little League baseball teams are entering the playoff rounds of their season. The championship games are set for next week. Check out who's in the running on their website.
