Get Out: A Canton Patch Weekend Guide for November 4-6

Get out and have some fun this weekend, Canton!

Get a jumpstart on celebrating the weekend and enjoying your time away from work and school. Here are a few local events to help you and your family have some fun around Canton. TGIF!

1. Investigate a Canton murder. That's right, it is tonight! For the 21-plus crowd, enjoy a night out at the Canton Public Library at 7:30 p.m. with Mystery Theater: "Murder in the Library."

2. There will be lots of celebrating to do–150 years worth! On Saturday at 6:00 p.m. at Brookmeadow Country Club, the St. John the Evangelist Parish 150th Anniversary Dinner Celebration is taking place.

3. For the runners out there, and cheerleaders, head to Sunday's 23rd Annual Canton Fall Classic Road Race at 10:00 a.m. Happy running!

4. If the kiddos missed trick-or-treating, celebrate Halloween in Sharon on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at the Everwood Day Camp Halloweend Family Festival– spooky fun for all!

5. Get your Irish on at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton Saturday night. Enjoy the sounds of Saturday Night's Live Celtic Music starting at 8:00 p.m.
