Executive Assistant

Canton - The Alpha Group

A Fortune 500 Insurance Corporation located in Canton, MA is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. This is a contract position lasting between 6 and 9 months. This employee will be responsible for working with IT department as they perform a nationwide server upgrade. The administrative coordinator will be tracking the progress of the project from conception to completion by reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly status updates. They will be in constant communication with the field workers and will assist with scheduling, travel, and any other duties as needed. This exciting opportunity  offers you the chance to work at one of The Alpha Groups most prestigious clients. 

The position pays $18 - $25 / hour depending on experience.

 The hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime required.

Responsibilities
- Running daily reports of time and labor expenses.
- Running weekly and monthly reports of travel time and expenses.
- Coordinate travel and scheduling for the entire department.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Providing upper management with reports on work status and anticipated completion.
- Communicate with IT department while they travel cross country and perform upgrades.
