Norfolk County Register of Deeds Offers Real Estate Facts Via Email

Interested parties can now receive a the quarterly Real Estate Activity Report and other statistics and announcements from Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O'Donnell via email.

Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell is offering the public the opportunity to receive statistics, news and announcements from the Registry of Deeds through electronic mail.  

Register O’Donnell said, “The modernization initiatives implemented at the Registry of Deeds has computerized our land records. The staff at the Registry is able to compile the real estate statistics related to transactions occurring within the county”. 

The Registry will email all interested parties the quarterly Real Estate Activity Report which reports a variety of statistics, among them, the total dollar volume of real estate sales in Norfolk County, the total number of deeds recorded, and the average sale price of deeds for both residential and commercial properties.

The report also provides statistics on both mortgage recordings and foreclosure deeds. 

Along with the quarterly Real Estate Activity Report, the Registry will send news and announcements emails regarding the various activities at the Registry and will inform the consumer and professional alike of relevant real estate information.
