Hilliards in Canton Serving Up Sweet Scoops

Hilliards has dozens of flavors of ice cream, frozen yogurt and sorbet to serve up for a warm day.

The homemade ice cream and toppings are made at their Easton location and is served seasonally from the Friday after Easter through the end of October at the Canton location.

Vincent Brown originally built the stand from a wooden trailer car with no doors. Those working the stand used a window to get inside. The business has since been passed down to his son Jim Brown and Barbara's brother, Butch Rich.
