TELL US: Did Hurricane Sandy Alter your Halloween Plans?

The storm's wrath caused widespread damage throughout the Commonwealth. Did it disrupt your trick-or-treating plans this year?

As crews continue to restore power and clean up damage left in Hurricane Sandy's wake across the Commonwealth, the storm may have inadvertently placed a bit of a speed bump in Halloween for some this year.

But even one downed wire or hanging limb can be enough to cause safety issues . . . especially for youngsters looking to hit the roads on Halloween night for trick-or-treating.
