Water Main Construction to Begin in Canton Neighborhoods April 1
Work will run between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. and is expected to be completed by late summer.
Canton officials are reaching out to residents of several neighborhoods in an effort to remind them of upcoming construction work the first week of April, according to an announcement on the Canton town website.
Beginning April 1, the Canton Department of Public Works, along with contractor Celco Construction, will replace the water main in the street of the following neighborhoods:
- Maplecroft Road
- Oakdale Road
- Birchcroft Road
- Ashdale Road
- Pine Cone Road
- Chestnut Road
- Elmwood Road
One lane, local and emergency traffic will be maintained during the construction, which will run between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
