CCOA Women's Club Meeting

The CCOA Women’s Club has been invited to the Canton Public Library for this month’s meeting.   Mark Lague, director of the library, will be our host and our speaker.  His topic is “The Future of Books and the Public Library”.  A tour will be offered afterwards.   Come and see if you can find out something about the library that you didn’t already know!

Mark has served the Canton Public Library since 1979 and has been the Director since 1984.  He is one of the founding members of the Old Colony Library Network and its second President.  Also, he was instrumental in expanding and improving the Canton Library building to double its size, and in December of 2003 the doors opened on the new library which we enjoy today.

All senior women are invited to join us in the library’s Community Room.   Refreshments will be offered.
