The Night Before Christmas

Canton Community Theatre to perform The Night Before Christmas

The Canton Community Theatre is proud to open the holiday season with the production of The Night Before Christmas. Written by Clement Clark Moore and produced by Dramatic Publishing the CCT is happy to bring back holiday classics that people grew up with and now can live those classics through their own children and grandchildren.   The Canton Community Theatre is known for putting on holiday shows such as the classic production A Christmas Carol which was held at Canton High School. The CCT decided it was time to bring back Holiday shows that families can enjoy and especially letting children live through the shows that a lot of us grew up with .   The performance highlights six talented individuals who take Clement Clark Moore's poem and bring it to life on stage for the audience to enjoy and especially the children who eagerly start counting down towards that magic day of December 25th.   The cast consists of from top left to right: Tom Lesure, Jen Madden and Caroline Haidul (both from Canton). In the front from left to right: Leila Turet, Alison Haidul and  Arielle Galinsky (both from Canton) The shows are scheduled to be performed on December 1 at 11am and December 2 at 3pm. They  will be held at the United Church of Christ, 1541 Washington Street in Canton. Admission is $7.50 for adults and $5 for children (up to high school seniors), under age 5 is free.   Come experience the beginning of the Christmas season with your children and enjoy the magic of this production.  With a special appearance from a Jolly Old Man from the North Pole.   For information, please email cantoncommunitytheatre@gmail.com or for advanced tickets please call John at 617-438-5075. Check out our website at www.cantoncommunitytheatre.org   The cast has been invited to perform a private show in Stoughton at New England Sinai Hospital . It's a show that is very important to us in giving to the community.
