Cardio Kick is a cardio kickboxing class that works out your whole body while losing yourself in upbeat music. Barreless Barre is a class that targets every muscle group using small isometric movements accompanied by cardio movements to get the heart rate up.

So join us as we raise money for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and exercise and dance our way for a cure!

Eliza Shirazi

Kick It, which was founded in 2009, encompasses her signature group fitness classes and health & wellness coaching. Along with instructing classes, Eliza has done several kick-a-thons to help raise money for important causes. One of her biggest accomplishments was the kick-a-thon that helped in raising enough money to build a library in India for the global non-profit, Room to Read.

Kick It was developed at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, implemented at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, and now hitting Boston! This fitness pioneer currently works full-time as a ClimbCorps member for Brigham and Women’s hospital, helping to revolutionize fitness & health in Boston.

Catherine Marshall

Catherine began teaching Barre (Core Fusion TM) at Exhale Spa in the heart of Boston in 2007.   Back then, a stress fracture in her foot from excessive running benched her from the road, and her love for barre, as a complement to her running, exploded into a passion.   She took classes throughout the 4 month healing process and used class as a tool to balance out her weakened left side.  This process strengthened Catherine’s belief in the benefits of the program and her passion to want to spread this program to others. She adds that energy and focus towards every student in each class in a motivating and athletic way.

She is proud to be trained by Fred Devito and Lis Halfpap, the master trainers and business managers of the first barre exercise program in the US (1971), the Lotte Berke method. Catherine teaches all disciplines of Exhale’s Core Fusion program including Core Boot camp, Core Cardio, and Core Sport and  has had over 2500 teaching hours experience and over 250 hours of training in anatomy, physical alignment, and class instruction.   Catherine studied functional anatomy at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai in NYC and is a member of the Evidence Based Fitness Academy as a Barefoot Training Specialist.

Reebok is a proud supporter of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and will donate a minimum of $300,000 up to $750,000 to the Avon Breast Cancer Crusafe, through our pink ribbon product sales to support access to care and to help find a cure for breast cancer.
