5 Things You Need to Know: Wednesday, Aug. 29: School Committee to meet, Chorus Day set for Thursday
The Canton School Committee will be meeting Thursday night at Canton High School.
1. Before school starts Sept. 5, the Canton School Committee will be meeting Thursday, Aug. 30 at the CHS Distance Learning Lab. The committee will be looking at the schools' wellness plan, which can be reviewed at http://www.cantonma.org/pages/CantonPublicSchools/Departments/HealthServices/Wellness_Policy_Resources
2. The 8th Annual Reebok 5K/10K road race will be held Saturday, Sept. 15. For more information, check out the race site at http://www.cantonroadrace.org/

3. Canton will start school Wednesday, Sept. 5 for grade one-12, while kindergarten will begin Sept. 6.
4. The Canton High Chorus will be holding Chorus Day, Thursday, Aug. 30 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in room 104. The day is for all new and returning chorus students.
