Carl F. Rovinelli, age 68 of Canton, passed away unexpectedly August 2 at his home in Falmouth.
Born and raised in Natick he graduated from Natick High School and Northeastern University. He previously worked for Allied Container in Dedham and worked as a Plant Manager for Abbott Box in Canton before retiring 10 years ago.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, playing golf and loved spending time at the beach, working in his yard and fixing lawn tractors.
Beloved husband of Gail V. (Carter). Father of Alan Rovinelli of Norfolk. Stepfather of Jeff Kobs and his wife Leah of Mansfield and Julie Ryan and her husband Chris of Brighton. Grandfather of Owen, Nathan and Garrett Kobs. Also survived by his former wife Barbara Rovinelli of Natick.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington St. in Canton on Thursday, August 8 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass at St. Patrick’s Church, 44 East Central St. in Natick on Friday morning, August 9 at 10. Interment at Glenwood Cemetery in Natick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
