Canton Obituary: Marie Bruus
Services will be held in Canton on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Marie R. Bruus (Cater), of Canton, passed away Nov. 3 at the Hellenic Nursing Home, according to a post on CurrentObituary.com.
Born and raised in Canton, Bruus was a graduate of Canton High School. She worked in the Data Processing Department for the Canton School Deptartment for many years.
Bruus also worked at Andreotti Pharmacy for 22 years before retiring. Beloved wife of the late Walter "Sonny" Bruus. Loving mother of Steven and his wife Frances Bruus and Cheryl Bruus all of Canton. Marie is also survived by her cherished granddaughter, Breanne, also of Canton.

Visiting hours will be held at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home in Canton on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Graveside Services in the Canton Corner Cemetery on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
