Electronic smoking in class is still dangerous not only to your students health but the safety of your community. I will not mention names but my girl friend goes to your school and told me someone is sitting near her smoking an electronic cigarette and it smells. There is nicotine in the air and could make othera addicted. Also it has occurred in other dorms in other college's that when charging these it can explode. Electronic smoking in class is childish and in a prorate in a learning environment.
