Canton Police Log: Canton Woman Arrested for Drunk Driving in Sharon

The following information was provided by the Canton Police Department daily log. Where an arrest was made, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, April 1

6:35 p.m. - Sharon Police arrested Danielle Moriarty, 38, of Canton, after a two car accident on Rte. 1. Moriarty was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, operating to endanger and failure to stop. She had minor injuries, according to reports.Β

2:47 p.m. - A 53-year-old Brockton man was taken into protective custody at the Ninety Nine Restaurant on Turnpike Street.

5:10 p.m. - A 32-year-old Quincy man was charged after being pulled over on Turnpike Street for driving an uninsured vehicle, the registration had been revoked, and the vehicle was unregistered.

Sunday, April 7

4:27 p.m. - A 24-year-old Canton man was arrested on Windsor Woods Way for driving an uninsured motor vehicle, attaching number plates that were assigned to another vehicle, the vehicle was uninsured, his license had been revoked and there was a warrant out for his arrest with another agency.

Monday, April 8

1:23 a.m. - A 27-year-old West Roxbury man was arrested and taken into protective custody on Pleasant Garden Drive.

1:25 p.m. - A 21-year-old Canton man was arrested on Church Street and Washington Street for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
