Canton Police Log: There were three arrests when Canton Police encountered a disabled vehicle on Neponset Street.

The following information was provided by the Canton Police Department daily log. Where an arrest was made, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

December 8

12:17 a.m. - A 20 year old Dedham, Massachusetts motorist was served a summons for leaving the scene of an accident where there was property damage on Washington Street and Historical Way. A stone post at the end of a driveway was knocked down along with a wrought iron fence. Motorist was charged for leaving the scene with property damage and marked lanes violation.

December 9

1:24 a.m. - There was a disturbance at the Centerfield's Restaurant on Washington Street and Forge Pond Village. Person(s)were spoken to and peace was restored.

December 10

8:47 a.m. - An assault at the Judge Rotenberg Center on Turnpike Street. Further departmental action will be taken.

December 12

10:18 a.m. - An arrest at the Blue Hills Regional School on Randolph Street of a 16 year old who was charged with assault and battery on a 14 year old.

4:56 p.m. - An arrest was made on Neponset Street and Apple Blossom Way of a 24 year old Stoughton, Massachusetts motorist for posession of a Class A Drug, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, registration had been revoked and the vehicle was unregistered. 

December 13

9:38 a.m. - A summons was issued to a 37 year old Stoughton, Massachusetts motorist after being stopped on Turnpike Street at North End Motors, Inc. for driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

December 14

9:30 p.m. - A summons was issued to a male Canton, Massachusetts motorist on Washington Street for driving an uninsured motor vehicle and the registration was revoked.

December 15

2:24 a.m. - A dispute at Town Taxi, Inc. on Sherman Street where a summons was issued to a 42 year old Attleboro, Massachusetts male for assault and battery.

2:56 a.m. - Three arrests were made when Canton Police found a disabled vehicle on Ne a ponset Street. A 35 year old Norwood, Massachusetts woman was arrested for assault and battery on a police officer and assault and battery on ambulance personel.

A 26 year old Wrentham, Massachusetts male was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

And a 28 year Fall River, Massachusetts male was arrested for disorderly conduct and was also a fugitive on a court warrant.

2:28 p.m. - A summons was issued to a 22 year old Boston, Massachusetts motorist for driving an unlicensed motor vehicle and brakes violation.

December 16

7:22 p.m. - A 21 year old Norwood, Massachusetts male was arrested for larceny/forgery/fraud at Crowell's Market on Washington Street. He was charged with assault to rob, unarmed.

December 17

1:36 p.m. - A 47 year old Berkley, Massachusetts male was arrested on Rubin Court and taken into custody.

December 18

9:06 a.m. - Assault and battery on an over 60 year old person/disabled with injury at the Rodman Food Pantry on Washington Street. An arrest was made of an 84 year old Canton, Massachusetts male.

6:30 p.m. - A 22 year old Canton, Massachusetts female was served a summons after a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street and Walnut Street. Motorist was driving an uninsured motor vehicle, registration was revoked andthe vehicle was unregistered.

December 19

1:34 p.m. - A 19 year old Dedham, Massachusetts male was arrested at the Canton Shell Station on Washington Street for having a warrant from another agency.

4:55 p.m. - A 34 year old Plymouth, Massachusetts male was served a summons after a motor vehicle stop on Randolph Street and Colt Crossing Road for having a suspended licene, his registration was revoked and the motor vehicle was unregistered.
