Canton Police Looks for Rite Aid Robbery Suspects

Canton police release suspects' descriptions.

Canton Police are currently looking a white male in his 20s who allegedly robbed the Rite Aid on Sunday.

According to Canton Police Deputy Chief Helena Findlen, the suspect allegedly walked to the counter at the store on Sunday around 1:15 p.m. and initially asked for directions. The clerk on duty said at this point they saw a gun in his clothes. The suspect then said he had a handgun and demanded money.

Findlen said the suspect got away in a gold colored vehicle with rust spots. The clerk said an older man with grey or white hair and glasses was driving the vehicle.

Findlen said the suspect was wearing a red plaid jacket with black jeans and a black hat and a slight beard.
