Canton woman charged with passing false prescription

Suzanne Bisbee, 52, of 444 Neponset St., Canton was arraigned in Stoughton District Court on charges of uttering a false prescription and forgery of a document. Judge Richard Savignano set bail at $4,000. The case was continued to April 10. The charges stem from a March 19 incident in Stoughton at 12:59 p.m. when police were disptached to Stop & Shop for a report of a woman passing a false prescription for 1 mg Xanax pills.

Canton man charged with OUI

Martin J. Gildea, 47, of 35 Abby Lane, Canton was arraigned in Stoughton District Court on charges of drunken driving, driving with license suspended, and speeding. Gildea was released on personal recognizance pending a hearing on April 18. The charges stem from a March 20 incident in Canton at 6:53 p.m. when police observed a SUV traveling at a high rate of speed on Washington Street and stopped the vehicle. Gildea was taken into custody on suspicion of being intoxicated.

Brockton man linked to slew of burglaries

Robert M. Sanderson, 31, of 186 Southworth St., Broctkon was arraigned on Stoughton District Court on charges of breaking and entering into a building in the daytime, larceny from a building, a malicious destruction of property over $250. Judge Richard Savignano set bail at $4,000. The charges stem from a Dec. 19, 2011 incident in Canton at 4:30 p.m. when police responded to a report of a burglary on Hoosic Drive. Police stated that entry was gained through a rear sliding door forced open with a pry bar. The burglar went into the master bedroom opening drawers and spilling their contents. Reported stolen was a Toshiba laptop and a yellow pillow case. Police processed the scene for fingerprints.

 Sanderson is also charged in connection with breaking into houses on Seneca Road, Pleasant Garden Road, Green Street, Green Lane, and Washington Street, including several breaks into motor vehicles at the Fusion Athletic Club in Caton. Items reported stolen included iPads, jewelry, laptop computers, purses, digital cameras, cell phone, and high-end wallets.

Canton woman accused of passing bad check in Hingham

Jamila A. Smith, 31, of 1 Windsor Woods Lane, Apt. 1205, Canton had charges of forgery of a document, uttering a false document, and larceny by check under $250 continued to May 3 for a pretrial hearing in Hingham District Court. The charges stem from a Dec. 20, 2011 incident in Hingham at 2:49 p.m. when police responded to a report of a bogus check passed at the Shoe Market at 94 Derby St. The check was made out for $222.
