Massachusetts State Police Make Six Arrests at Canton Checkpoint

(The following is a press release from the Massachusetts State Police. Where an arrest was made, it does not indicate a conviction.)

The Massachusetts State Police's H Troop conducted a checkpoint on Neponset Street in Canton, April 5, resulting in the arrest of six people for OUI alcohol and drugs with two criminal summons and issued 88 civil motor vehicle citations.

Arrested and charged were: 

PATRICIO TAPIA, 47, of Holbrook, OUI liquor second offense, speeding, negligent operation of a  motor vehicle.

MIA CANCEL, 46, of Stoughton, OUI liquor

OSCAR RODAS, 25, of Chelsea, OUI liquor a                                                      

KARL GOEHRING, 21, of North Attleborough, OUI liquor                                     

SUSAN FRAZIER, 49,of Hull, OUI liquor, marked lanes violation.                   

CHRISTOPHER RILEY, 27, of Mansfield, OUI second offense, speeding, marked lances violation.                                                                

All persons arrested are expected to appear Monday in Stoughton District Court.
