Woman Charged With Filing False Crime Report About Armed Robbery At Honey Dew Donuts

Traffic charge dismissed

Fabricio S. Dasilva, 27, of 2 Norton Ave., Apt. 9, Walpole was found responsible in Stoughton District Court of speeding in violation of a special regulation and was ordered to pay $150 in court costs. A judge dismissed a second charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle upon payment of $100 in court costs. The charges stem from a Jan. 5 incident in Canton at 3 a.m. when police stopped Dasilva for traveling an estimated 50 mph in a 30 mph zone on Randolph Street.

Casandra Weinstein, 22, of 37 Center St., Easton failed to appear at her arraignment in Stoughton District Court for arraignment on a charge of filing a false crime report. A judge issued an arrest warrant. The charge stems from a Dec. 18, 2011 incident in Canton at 12:30 p.m. when police responded to a report of an armed robbery at Honey Dew Donuts at 375 Neponset St. Weinstein told police a man robbed her of $150 in cash as she was leaving the washroom, which police determined to be false, according to the police incident report.

Canton woman ditches hearing on harassment prevention order violation

Audrey Benoit, 66, of 5 Newell Hagen Court, Apt. F, Canton failed to appear at a hearing in Stoughton District Court on a charge of violation of a harassment prevention order. A judge issued an arrest warrant. The charge stems from a Feb. 29 incident in Canton.

Norwood man skips arraignment on credit card larceny charge

Michael McDonough, 43, of 115 Roosevelt Ave., Norwood failed to appear at his arraignment on a charge of larceny of a credit card. A judge issued an arrest warrant. The charge stems from a Dec. 2, 2011 incident in Canton at 12:19 a.m. when police were dispatched to a Neponset Street residence for a report of a stolen credit card.
