Vacation week public skating is a great way to keep the whole family busy. The Rec Department charges $2 for children and $3 for adults during the sessions.

The Canton Recreation Department will hold spring registration next month, and will be offering girls softball and a couple of other programs, according to Kaylor.

“Our summer program comes out the second week in April,” he noted. The department does not offer a lot of spring programming since many children are playing Little League and other spring sports.
