Stoughton District Court: Larceny Case Continued

Case continued for alleged two-time drunk driver
John J. Kelley, 41, of 153 River St., Hyde Park had a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol as a second offense continued to Aug.1 for a probation violation hearing in Stoughton District Court. The charge stems from a April 25, 2009 incident in Canton at 2:35 p.m. when police were asked to be on the lookout for a black Dodge pickup truck traveling in an erratic manner on Route 138. Police spotted the vehicle stopped on Washington Street following a motor vehicle crash. Police administered field sobriety tests and arrested Kelley on suspicion of being impaired.
Larceny case continued to August
Gary S. Boyden, 58, of 2 Bellview Drive, Mansfield had charges of conspiracy and larceny over $250 continued to Aug. 22 in Stoughton District Court. The charges stem from a April 4, 2010 incident in Canton at 1:20 p.m. when police responded to a report of an employee at . Inc. possibly stealing from the company. Boyden is accused of taking over $12,000 in company property and selling it on Craig's List and billing the company for work that never took place. The total loss to the company is estimated at $56,211, according to the police report.
