Canton High MCAS Scores Improve From Last Year
Canton High School ranked in the top 35 percent in the state in each of the three subjects.
The Canton High School MCAS scores were released this week and the numbers in English and Math improved over last year and stayed the exact same in science.
A total of 96 percent of Canton High School sophomores scored advanced or proficient in English compared to 93 percent in 2012.
A total of 86 percent of sophomores scored he same scores advanced or proficient in math, compared to 83 percent in 2012.

In Science, the numbers stayed the exact same over the last year. Eighty-six percent of sophomores scored either advanced or proficient this year and last year.
