Terrible! STAY AWAY! This may be one of the most unprofessional groups I've ever been to. I went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays (this was my first visit). While I was already in the chair and having my teeth cleaned I was told that the dentist was not in so I would need to come back to be seen by the dentist. Irritating. The hygienist was o.k., but she did not even floss my teeth or give any instruction. Lots of places also give you a new tooth brush, floss, and other products. Not here. I felt like I was being serviced by a used car salesperson when I was told that I needed two new crowns, especially when they aggressively pursued me to get this work done. My insurance company requested more information to authorize the work on the crowns, so the front office aggressively tried to re-schedule me to come in to see the dentist. Earlier in the week I received two phone calls: one to confirm the appointment and then one to move the time earlier in the day. Then, less than 24 hours before the appointment, I received a phone call to reschedule it again because the dentist was not available (again). Twice I had to make arrangements to miss work to complete what should have been done in one appointment. Note to dentist at Canton Dental Group: fix your customer service starting at the front office to the hygienist and up; treat people with respect and not like dollar signs. If you can go somewhere else, do so.
