These people are not good people to work with. They sold me an older car that looked beautiful on the outside and little did I know a mess on the inside. They refused to fix things that we wrong with the car at the time of purchase creating more problems along the line. The company they have doing their mechanical work is an autobody shop by the name of Bay State Auto that is a horrible mechanic...everything I had asked Donedeal to repair they sent to this guy, who each time fixxed it incorrectly resulting in me returning numerous times to complain. Dimitri from DoneDeal blamed me saying I am not a satisfied person when it came to their repairs, but I cannot be satisfied if the problem is not corrected. My most recent repair is being investigated at the moment b/c there is an O2 spacer that they put on this vehicle which I was told is illegal in the state of MA, They also were supposed to repair a manifold - where they repaired the wrong one, and repaired that one incorrectly, so now I have two leaking manifolds, and they are refusing to help any further. They sold me the car with bad exhaust, struts, and balljoints. After the balljoint repair now I mysteriously have a bad CV joint. This company has been nothing but a hassel and inconvenience and I am having tp put out money on a new purchase. Their reason for this? They state I should be putting out money on this vehicle as it's an older vehicle and will have problems. DO NOT GO HERE!
