Get In Shape For Women offers small group personal training for women with 1 to 4 women per trainer. Weight training, cardio, supportive nutrition and accountability are the four components of the program.

After joining in August 2012, I'm happy to say I lost over 22 pounds already!
I get personal training, a blueprint of how I should be eating 3 meals & 2 snacks & a gym that I actually look forward to going to! The trainers push you to do more than you would normally do on your own. They're friendly & give you helpful tips to stay on track.
