I visited this store one morning a while back in search of a dress for my 20th HS reunion. The woman working in the store chatted on the telephone the entire time I was there. She also kept a watchful eye on my every move and I chuckled to my self at the thought that I, with a tiny purse, no coat and tightly fitting yoga attire(no where to hide stuff!) might actually be considered a potential shoplifter!?! Where in the heck did she think I would shove stuff? I lingered a while, hoping she would end the conversation in time for me to try on a couple dresses but after 5 minutes I gave up. The dresses at Romanza were beautiful, but the customer service was horrible. I felt like she took one look at me in my workout clothes and decided I wasn't going to be worth waiting on. Guess what? I bought a lovely dress somewhere else and they were more than happy to take my almost $300. 00. It's too bad because I love supporting local businesses, but if I'm not good enough for you with my silly ponytail and unfancy yoga clothes then I can go elsewhere.
