Turnpike Cafe
781-828-8231
The Café has been owned and operated by the Gefteas Family since 1954. Before the major interstate highways were established, Rt-138 was the primary route of those traveling from Boston to the suburban towns, even to the Cape. The Café served many of those early travelers to and from Boston, which it is still doing today. Whether you are sitting at the bar, or with friends in the dining area, or just picking up a meal from their takeout area, the Turnpike Café offers an unassuming atmosphere. Today's Turnpike Cafe mixes the original 1954 hospitality with the modern conveniences of free Wi-Fi, multiple large-screen TVs, a pool table and vending machine for the lottery.
