Driver says she sneezed and lost control of vehicle.
A State Trooper was transported to the hospital Sunday after his vehicle was hit on Route 95 North by a woman who says she sneezed and lost control of her car. According to a report by Dave Procopio of the Massachusetts State Police media relations unit, the accident occured at 5:20 p.m. The trooper was north of exit 11 in Canton assisting a motorist with a flat tire when a woman driving a 2003 Buick struck his cruiser from behind. The driver said she sneezed and lost control of her car. “She reported no injuries at this time,” Procopio said. “The trooper was taken to Norwood Hospital as a precaution.” Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

The three departments, along with State Police, responded to the crash that shut the highway down for about two hours.
Canton, Sharon and Norwood Fire departments responded to a multi-car crash on I-95 late Thursday morning. The crash, involving a tour bus, an SUV and a car, temporarily shut the highway down for about two hours, according to officials. Massachusetts State Police also responded to the 11:52 a.m. accident at exit 11 on the Norwood/Canton line. "We assisted with the extrication of a patient trapped in the vehicle, the one who was Med-Flighted," Canton Fire Lt. Brian Marshall said. A 25-year-old Canton man is being charged with various offenses including possession of cocaine.
Police are officially charging a Canton driver involved in a Needham crash between a school bus and a motor vehicle. According to Lt. Chris Baker of the Needham Police Department, a 25-year-old Canton man is being charged with failure to keep right of an oncoming motor vehicle, a seatbelt violation, operating to endanger, speeding and possession of cocaine. Needham Police have not yet specified if the man in question was driving the bus or the car. The accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 11 on High Rock Street in Needham. The bus, which police have stated was not from Needham, and a motor vehicle collided head-on, leaving both drivers with treatable injuries. No children were on the school bus at the time of the crash.

Minor accident caused slight delays, no injuries yesterday.
A few Galvin Middle School students had a bumpier than usual ride to school yesterday morning. The school bus they were traveling in to the Galvin was in a "minor fender bender," according to Canton Police Chief Kenneth Berkowitz. Only ten students were on the bus at the time, Canton Public Schools Superintendent Jeff Granatino said. "It was just a minor accident with a car pulling out of driveway and the bus," Granatino said. "Less than ten students were on the bus and no one was injured." The Galvin students who had not been picked up yet had to be transported on a different school bus.
