Perkins School for the Blind is Helping Canton Residents Get in the Holiday Spirit
Perkins School for the Blind offers holiday cards featuring seasonal artwork created by students.
Canton residents can share the joy of the season while helping Massachusetts students who are blind by sending Perkins School for the Blind holiday cards to family and friends. The Watertown-based school is offering eight different cards, each with colorful artwork celebrating the winter season, created by youngsters who attend Perkins. All the student artists are blind, and some have other disabilities such as deafness. Money raised by the sale of holiday cards will fund Perkins programs and services that help infants, children and adults who are blind, deafblind or visually impaired.
